Request for Proposal – Webmaster Services

Dear Prospective Bidder,

The Historic St. James Missionary Baptist Church is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide webmaster services for our church website.

Our goal is to identify a partner who can support the church’s digital presence in a way that strengthens communication, outreach, member engagement, and community connection. We are seeking a provider who can help maintain a reliable, secure, and user-friendly website while also supporting future enhancements as our needs grow.

Please note that this project is expected to develop in phases. Phase 1 will focus on foundational webmaster services such as maintenance, updates, security, and core website support. Phase 2 is expected to include broader enhancements such as content development, media support, forms, and expanded digital functionality. Vendors are encouraged to keep this phased approach in mind when preparing their proposals.

Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached Request for Proposal. We ask that all responses include relevant experience, pricing, website portfolio examples, and references. Please ensure proposals are submitted electronically in PDF format by the stated deadline.

We appreciate your interest and the time taken to prepare a response. We look forward to reviewing your proposal.
