In keeping with our Discipleship focus, we will be studying “Real Life Discipleship” on Wednesday nights in 2018. Classes begin Wednesday, January 10th at 7:00 PM. Classes are free, but we need to know who’s coming. Please pre-register below.
The Youth Development Ministry is in desperate need of volunteer teachers to give one Sunday a month to teach 5th-8th grades or 9th-12th grades in Sunday School and/or Children’s Church. Couples or teams welcome. In-class training will be conducted the entire month of August for the start of the September transition. It’s time to celebrate again St. James Family! On Sat, 8/18, 1pm-4pm at the Fayetteville Boys & Girls Club come for fun, fellowship, food, music and to hear from world-record holder and Christian fitness guru and motivational speaker, Dr. Smiley Elmore, Jr., and on Sun, 8/19 10am, join us for church service at the STJBC Sanctuary with guest pastor and choir of Longley Baptist Church, of Little Rock AR led by Pastor Dwight Townsend, and a special musical performance from Billboard Artist, Jermaine Mondaine, jazz/gospel saxophonist, as heard on Sirius/XM Radio, Channel 66 (Water Colors). Starting August 22nd, Undergrads and Grads are invited to join the Gateway to Hope College Ministry every Wednesday in the Arkansas Union Room 514 at 6:30pm for Bible Study!
Men’s and Women’s Bible Study will start on September 9th at 8:30am. Men will be studying The Measure of a Man by Gene Getz and the Women will be studying Kingdom Woman by Dr. Tony Evans.
